OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

FITIL / ACLEM Onlus uses server spaces physically located on the Italian territory, therefore it does not transfer data outside the EU economic area. DATA AND ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
Data voluntarily provided by the user (email / name and surname through newsletter subscription form or contact form) are processed and stored for the duration of the contact or until the user requests cancellation. The European Regulations also recognize the right of the interested party to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to data portability.
